What’s New: Multiplayer is Here
The biggest addition in this update is multiplayer.
Players can now create listen servers, host sessions, and fly together. To use the online features, an Epic account is required.
What I’ll Be Working on Next
Now that the complex networking part is in place, I’ll be focusing on polishing things:
- tuning the Scarab flight characteristics
- adding small visual touches
- cleaning up the technical debt that has built up along the way
Compared to this update, the next changes will be more about refining the experience than adding large new features.
How You Can Help with Map Ideas
Some players asked if there’s a way to contribute ideas – and yes, there is.
If you want to help, you can share simple sketches for future map layouts. Nothing fancy is needed; rough drawings are completely fine.
Things like ring placements, obstacle ideas, course shapes, or anything you’d personally enjoy flying through. I can take these sketches and turn them into actual in-game layouts.
Since I don’t have a budget for environment art, this kind of creative help really makes a difference – and it’s fun to experiment with.
